A/N Hey lovelies! As you all know this is my first ever Non Fantasy Novel on Dreame( if you haven't seen my other books you can check my page) and so therefore I will need all the support I can get. I plan on giving my best in this book and even though it's Teen Fiction including the cliché high school students and all what not it's not a typical bad boy and good girl novel. So if you fancy a slow paced love story and you're ready to wipe a few tears at the young and strong love my protagonists share then this is the book for you. Also, if you believe in true love and it's power can conquer all things then you should add this to your library. There are plot twists and surprises at every turn that I am confident will blow your mind and a humorous edge to make you laugh. Please like, share and comment. I listen to comments and I reply too. Thank you. UPDATE!! As of November 2021, The sequel to Chasing The Good Girl has been ongoing. Presently, it is at 75 chapters and almost completed! The name is Chasing The Bad Girl and it is available on Dreame! Blurb.... Jordan has had a huge crush and might just be in love with his childhood best friend Emmaly. But when complications take place and he realises he is not like other kids which results in his parents sending him away, he wants to hate Emmaly. Years later, the shy and reserved Jordan is back as an arrogant playboy that will not stop hurting the girl he has never forgotten about. He wants to make her feel the pain he had felt when they were younger. But what happens when the bad boy has a rude awakening? He wants to be selfish and wants to take a leap of faith, never stopping his chase until she is completely his. Even if it means breaking her heart and revealing the monster he is behind his perfect face. What he didn't expect was that she was going to run away- with something very important that belonged to him. ★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★ "You don't understand do you?" He chuckled. "I'm obsessed with you. I want you when I know I cannot have you. I've tortured myself for months, telling myself that you were better off without me. But I can't do this anymore. Now I want to be selfish. I want to own every inch of you. I want you to be mine and rest assured Angel, I won't stop chasing you until you surrender to me" ★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★ My eyes wandered out of the window of my room and stared directly at the huge and luxurious mansion across our own similar estate, ignoring the beautiful night life of Paris. I wasn't staring aimlessly at that mansion, because there was something special about it. I was searching for something. Searching for someone. For the past Eight years I'd stare out of my window into his, hoping he had finally come back home. We'd been friends since when we were five year olds( well he was five and I was four because I'm younger than my classmates) and ever since then, we'd wait by exactly 8pm and wave each other goodnight before we slept. We kept that tradition for years and we never missed unless he travelled. Then one night he didn't come to his window again. And before that night he told me he hated me and wished he didn't have me as his best friend. It hurt worse than the time in middle School that some pin entered the sole of my feet. But nevertheless I didn't stop coming to my window by 8pm. I was Nine when he left and now I'm Seventeen years and a week old. It's been Eight years and exactly a week since he'd left because he left on my birthday. I should have been angry but yet here I am 8 years and a week later still standing by my window, hoping to see his forever dark room finally have a sliver of light. Nada. Still the empty stupid darkness of his room. Sighing in defeat, I closed the blinds of my window and retreated back to my bed with my shoulders slumped. He was my best friend and I cared about him so why did he leave on such a bad note? Where did he even go to? Shaking my head to clear my thoughts, I got on my knees and said a small prayer. That God should forgive me all my sins, protect the family and few friends I had and keep Jordan safe Wherever he was. Thinking about my graduation in a few months, I smiled to myself and closed my eyes. But the thoughts of Jordan still knawed at one corner of my mind. While I slept peacefully, I didn't hear the soft purr of a car stop at the mansion I'd been staring at. I didn't know that the car contained a very significant somebody and I certainly didn't know that the dark room I'd been staring at for the past eight years now had that same significant somebody turning on the lights and changing the status of the dark room forever......
