There was a tunnel under the house where Callen lived. It was a hiding place for Callen at times like these, since he could barely fight off his enemies. He had trusted Arnold with the hide so that he could use it in the future.
Arnold did use it, but not in the way Callen expected him to. Instead, he brought his enemies down there to finish him off once and for all.
