In the evening Anzue is in the music room, he is remembering the first day he saw Leilaty for the first time how she stole the apple.He holds a whistle on hand and remember how Leilaty threw an arrow and find himself smilling.Yasmi is entering wearing a fansy dress and the beautiful smile on her face.

" Brother " yasmi calling

Anzue is turning his head looking at her

"What do you want Yasmi?"

Yasmi gets close to her brother "Mother... i mean the queen has invite lady Bell and her daughter Njeru for dinner...so she needs you at the dinning place"

Anzue is shaking his head while placing the whistle on the table "Don't tell me she still proposing Njeru to be my wife......Yasmi the thing is i don't need her"

Yasmi looks away then looks her brother again "And who do you need nha?" Anzue is starting to walk away without saying anything but Yasmi stops him

by saying "Njeru loves you Anzue, and as i know love mean nothing to you, so you can just be with her" Anzue just blinks his eyes then he continue walking away.He is entering in the dinning place and find all people are just waiting for him, the queen smiles while is looking her son sitting down.Also Yasmi is entering inside too with a smile on her face.

"Iam happy to see you here Bell and your daughter" the king said

Bell bend down her head then looks the king while saying "Thank you for the invitation my king"

The king node his head then look his wife

"Well...let us eat"

Also Nzuwe and his family are having

their dinner, Leilaty seem to be silent like

something is bothering her.

"What is wrong?...you people seem to be quiet"

Nzuwe looks his wife then looks Leilaty

"Jiku, Leilaty got a job today "

Jiku with a smile "Realy? wow, which job?"

"At the castle mom as the maid" leilaty is

answering while she is upset

Jiku slowly puts her spoon down "The castle!? how ...i don't understand..

" The king liked our daughter Jiku...so he offered her a job after knowing her abilities, After all we are poor, we need something to push us" Nzuwe is talking seriously

Jiku blinks her eyes while her mouth is open, she slowly close her mouth and look Leilaty.Jiku seem to hesitate to say what she want to say.

"U..mmm...your father ...is right Leilaty..

(Leilaty immediately looks her mother with shocked eyes)....if you work there our life is going to be better" she is taking her plate and go to the kitchen

Nzuwe is smilling while looking his daughter "You see...even your mother has agree....Leilaty, this is the best for you.Who knows may be your going to get onother luck over there"

Leilaty moves her eyes looking at the kitchen door then looks her father "Actually that is what the king wants father...who are we to refuse the king"

Nzuwe is looking his daughter without saying anything.

In the castle, Njeru is following behind Anzue while calling him.Anzue is stoping walking and stand without turning his back, Njeru is walking till where he is and stand infront of him.She is looking him straight "You seem to be very serious today Prince Anzue...are you upset may be?" then she smiles looking him.

Anzue is looking her straight "No ...iam not upset i just had a long day and very tiresome"

Njeru looks down then start laughing while looking Anzue, Anzue is folding shape while wondering her but she continue laughing untill Anzue start looking himself may be there is something wrong with his clothes but he see nothing wrong.

Anzue looks Njeru with a serious face "Njeru, it is wrong and forbidden to laugh at the prince and what are you laughing about?"

Njeru stop herself from laughing"Yees it is wrong but you made me to.......... realy the Prince had a tiresome day after hunting nothing today"

"Ah! and what do you mean?" Anzue is looking her with the wondering eyes.

Njeru is smilling "The king told us a girl defeated you with hunting skills today, you even failed to catch the animal and your here telling me about a tiresome day realy!"

Anzue smiles while remembering when they were in the forest his father showed him a antelope to hunt but he missed to kill it with an arrow, instead Leilaty shoot the antelope with her arrow.

Leilaty is laying on her bed while her eyes are still opened, her mother is entering in her room and sit beside her.Jiku is smilling while looking Leilaty, Leilaty is looking her mother then takes a deep breath "Why mother?

....why have you agree with dad? you know i don't want to work at the castle"

Jiku remain quiet first then she looks up "What could i say? (she is looking her daughter) your father looks happy, he thinks you working there is the way

to reach good life"

Leilaty gets up from laying on the bed and sit "What about you mother, do you want me to go over there?"
