Amanda's POV.
Raymond arranged the perfect follow-up trip for the cruise trip, I was kinda looking forward to the day, especially since Ruth was going too, probably rendered by the happy emotions of going out, Ruth showed a rare little smile.
The front desk of the cruise ship gave us our room cards and I was alone in a room, but when I got to the room I realized that this floor was near the ballroom and although the soundproofing was good, I couldn't keep the windows closed. Recently, I've been having some severe reactions in early pregnancy, with light sleep and frequent nausea and vomiting, which the doctor said was normal after eight weeks.
Between this and the reception, I planned to go to the front desk and negotiate an upgrade to a room type where I could sleep better.
