Trust is feeling that creates a sense for psychological support in my thoughts. We have all asked ourselves " How do I know who to trust" .
Something about human nature is that we always want to know things beyond our understanding and someday because of our need to hear other people 's thoughts people will create a machine that can interpret another person's thoughts .
Trust is nothing more than belief in someone, something, god or yourself. To be able to trust another person expect yourself start with trusting yourself . A person starts trusting herself/himself by stoping to chase certain dreams that seem impossible like lossing weight naturally while you hate exercising and the smell of sweat . It's either you compromise your hatred for exercise and sweat or you face your reality .
There is nothing wrong in dreaming outside the box but you destroy the faith and trust you have in yourself to succeed when you chase a dream that you have no capabilities for achieving. You must know the saying trust broken is never regained. So when you break your trust in yourself and your capabilities you start to overthink things that you used to love .
Nothing hurts than breaking the trust in yourself because it leads to insecurity , low self-esteem , low self- respect , low self - worth and you lose meaning for what you want . Life becomes a burden you carry everyday that no one shifts from your shoulder .
Trust effects your emotional well-being , your social security and the way you interact with others in your environment . Its so sad to see yourself trust being destroyed because you want to look good enough for certain people. Trust in oneself can be restored but it takes time and patience filled with commitment in the process.
Steps you can take to regain trust in oneself.
1.Tell yourself that you are good enough.Telling yourself that you are good enough doesn't only help you regain confidence but also help stimulate believe in oneself. Take this for example, if you had a dream of learning how to swim but you are allergic to a certain chemical in the swimming pool. You should remind yourself that you can play netball and tennis, just that makes you enough.
2. Limit your dreams or goals for a year to something you know you can achieve . Allocate your skills , talents and strengths and set goals or dreams within that box because when you achieve something you start to slowly develop a relationship of trust with yourself.
3 . Avoid unnecessary competition. Competition doesn't necessarily mean that one person has better capabilities than the other , other people can't act normally in competition and other participants cheat . Avoiding unnecessary competition protects your emotions and trust within yourself but you still need to participate in competition that are healthy. Realize that winning or losing is not everything, being able to participate and learn something means everything. Even if you don't get to participate in the competition you should take the lesson you learned and improve yourself .
4.Don't try too hard. Put you entire effort on something but don't try to contribute more than you have because you end up giving up quickly.

7. Allow assistance for others.
8. Realize that you are more than just a person, you are change and you are just perfect the way you are.
10.Stop chasing perfection. Perfection is impossible, you might feel you have reached perfection but someone sees where you lack.
Last but not least trust yourself and capabilities 100%but trust other people 75% leave the reaming 25% of doubt but don't let doubt overpower your trust and also don't let trust overpower doubt. In life trust is important but doubt is also needed . If you don't want to break down completely after a broken relationship you must learn to give a certain amount of trust and to not completely doubt a person .
Trusting completely is something that happens in dream land . Trusting others requires to also allow their mistakes remain mistakes not clues of a broken personality or whatever you guys say . In life not being able to trust other people is because you can't trust yourself.
Find a way to build trust with yourself so you can enjoy the fear of placing 75% of trust on someone who can break it . You can't except trusting another person to be easy but when you are given trust remember to never break it . When your trust is broken remember that not everyone breaks trust and that people are different. Also remember to just take the lesson and pass
