I can’t believe that I have to know about the high priest’s visit from my son’s letter! What the hell is going on in Hizar?! In Alfonso’s letter, he never mentioned the high priest’s visit at all!
“Your highness, please quell your anger. The coachman is doing the best he could with our safety as his priority. I’m sure countess Gloria knows how to deal with the matter at hands.” I glared at Rebecca before taking a few deep breaths.
“Perhaps I was inconsiderate.” Rebecca knocks on the window to tell the coachman to slow it down.
“You’re right. Even if we manage to arrive at Hizar, it doesn’t mean anything. The high priest might already be speaking s**t to Gloria by the time we got there. And what is this about my missing jewellery?” I pinched the bridge of my nose.
