That morning when I entered the concubine’s chamber, I noticed that Rochelle has awakened and was sitting at the side of the bed while looking down on the floor. As I get closer, I heard how the concubine seems to be gasping for air, trying to hold her pain.
“Rochelle? Are you in pain?” The concubine nodded.
“Do I need to bring the physician?” The concubine shakes her head no before showing me a beautiful face.
