As Gabriel and Ethan followed the mysterious figure into the unknown, the darkness seemed to swallow them whole. The air was thick with tension, and the silence was oppressive. Gabriel's heart pounded in his chest like a drum, his senses on high alert. The figure led them to a nondescript building, its walls a dull grey that seemed to absorb the light around it.
