Onyx POV

It's been twelve hours since I ordered for my slave to be brought out of her cell. It was high time that I kept that promise I made to her all those years about breeding her. Now if only I could get Alpha Theo, my best friend off my back, that would be best.

"I don't know why you are so fixated with seeing this through. The girl didn't do anything. Hell I didn't know she was still alive. You really kept your lips tight over this." Theo's voice rang out, breaking Onyx out of his thoughts.

"Come on you know better than this already. That would just give my enemies the initiative to break her out of the cell and that was something that I didn't want happening. Can we talk about anything else other than the fact you are obsessed with a ten year old. " I said as Theo rolled his eyes.

"You know that's not what I mean." There was a knock on the door interrupting us from our discussion as one of the maids spoke from outside.

"Alpha Onyx...she is here as ordered."

"Bring her in." I ordered as the door was pushed open and they entered the hall.

From the moment I saw her, I recognized her immediately, she had fully grown into a replica of her mother. I wasn't going to deny her beauty, after all. It was a good thing as I wanted children with a lot of good genes.

They bowed their heads in greeting while Lynx remained still, staring at me.

It was easy to see the look of hatred and anger on her face, her scent permeating the whole place with anguish as I could see the maids feeling uncomfortable and shifting a bit from her.

It seemed like she had also awaken her wolf as well. This was going to make things harder for me as she was going to be a lot harder to put down like a dog when she needed it.

"Don't you know you are supposed to bow before your Alpha? Or had your self imprisonment made you to forget your upbringing." I said as I could see her clench her fist in anger.

I wondered briefly how long it would take for her to snap and attack, ten seconds, ten minutes... I would let her have s swing because I was lucky before I brought her down and showed her her place.

"You are not my Alpha and I'll never bow to you." Her voice came out firm and strong.

This wasn't what I expected, I wanted her crying and begging me for forgiveness, throwing herself at me, cursing me....anything but the nonchalant attitude she got going.

Did she really think that was going to help her in the long run. She belonged to me, I'll make her feel true fear and horror from being with me.

"I can see that you needs a little more prodding before you understand where your position is. This isn't your pack, you aren't royalty anymore. I stripped it out of you a long time ago. You are my personal slave, bound and chained to me for all eternity. I own your life and I'll decide whether you live or die. Don't assume that you get to call the shots. Too bad there is no living relative left to show you how heartless I could be when I want to." I said taking a poke at her dead family as that brought out the reaction that I was holding.

She launched forward, shouting as the guards quickly pinned her down to the ground forcing her head down as she screamed out loud.

"You sick bastard. You are going to pay for this. You will pay for killing my brothers, my parents. I'll have my revenge on you, do you hear me , Alpha Onyx Everdeen. I'll show you true fear when I rip your head off your body." She screamed out loud as I stood up from my throne.

"What are you doing?"Theo said to me telepathically but I snubbed him, as I made my way towards her.

"Pull her up but keep her locked down." I ordered the guards who dragged her to a kneeling position as the only thing she could move was her head.

I grabbed her hair and said,

"Let's see how you accomplish killing me when I'm mated to you. If I die, you die after all." I said as I extended my fangs and bit down on her mating gland as blood spilled as she shrieked and tried to pull away, screaming loudly.

Her anguish was music to my ears as I lapped her blood up and sucked on it, satisfying my quench.

Once I pulled out, the guards left her as she collapsed to the floor sobbing loudly as she held onto my right foot but I kicked her squarely in the face, blood spilling from her nose as she felt backwards, without moving again.

But her body was still shaking from her sobs so I knew she was still conscious.

"Get her to my bed and keep her there. She will entertain me tonight as I claim her virginity." I said to the maidservants who brought her in as they nodded their heads and went to do as said.

They were able to carry her out of the hall as I waved my hands and the guards went back to their original position.

"You shouldn't have mated her " Theo spoke as I remembered that he was still around and had witnessed everything from where he was seated.

"And I didn't think you cared about her. It seems you are getting soft. Don't act like you personally didn't kill her brothers." I spat out as I went ahead and sat down as he said,

"Dying of a broken bond is more painful. You are killing her like this. Do you really think she would be able to conceive that easily without dying." He asked as I shrugged my shoulders.

"Not really my problem."
