My eyes flickered open as I heard Christian having a conversation with Mark. Well, it wasn't exactly a conversation; it was more like a brief exchange of greetings or something. I'm not sure as I was still half asleep at that time. I stirred from my slumber, greeted by the warm and calming morning sunrays, which felt like nature's own antidepressant. They had a way of dispelling all the negative thoughts and filling me with a renewed sense of hope and courage.
