Elara's eyes filled with tears as she gazed at the ancient text. "We can't let it happen," she whispered. "We can't let the artifact destroy our universe." Sophia's voice was firm. "We have to destroy it, Elara. We have to stop this before it's too late." Ryker's eyes narrowed. "But how? We've tried everything. We can't even get close to the artifact without being consumed by its power." Elara's gaze locked onto the text, her mind racing with a desperate plan. "I think I know how," she said, her voice barely above a whisper. "I think I know how to destroy it." Sophia's eyes widened. "What is it, Elara? What do we need to do?" Elara's gaze dropped, her voice filled with a mix of determination and fear. "I need to go back in time. I need to stop the ancient civilization from building the artifact in the first place." Ryker's eyes widened in horror. "Elara, no! You can't do that! You'll be trapped in the past forever!" Elara's gaze locked onto her friends, her heart filled with a deep sadness. "I have to do this," she said, her voice barely above a whisper. "I have to save our universe, no matter the cost." Sophia's eyes filled with tears as she grasped Elara's hand. "We'll come with you," she said, her voice firm. "We'll help you stop the artifact, no matter what it takes." Ryker's eyes narrowed, his jaw set in determination. "We'll do it," he said, his voice firm. "We'll change the course of history, together." Together, the three friends stepped into the unknown, ready to make the ultimate sacrifice to save their universe from destruction.
