Sophie POV
Some days flew again and I'm in training mode again. I put on my sports bra and my leggings the perfect match for some exercise. I run 5miles for warmup and stretch my body. I finally ready some punch so I put the gloves on. I pick up the starting position. I spread my legs a bit and one led front the other. I start to punch a couple of times light, then stronger. After stronger the bag with every power I have. The bag swung more than I expected. It looks like I have more power than I thought. Then I feel my hands are on fire. I dodge before it hits me but still feel weird. I take off my gloves and see my hands are glowing. I close my eyes and let the warmth from my hand go through my whole body. I open my eyes and see everybody who was around me now moved further.
