Mate rejection

Sophie POV

On Saturday morning I walk slowly from my bedroom to the kitchen. I feel so tired and my head hurt a little. We werewolves never get drunk, fortunately. I make myself a toast with ham on it and a big mug of cocoa. It always tastes so good and I never liked coffee, not even the smell of it. I enjoy my meal and look through my phone for any message or important email. I receive an email from the cabin that I want to rent next year when I travel there. I am happy I just have to wait and count down the days. Later Grace shows up with May and her hand was on May's waist. Their hair is like a haystack, that is the proof they enjoy their night together and really busy from the sounds I heard at night.

"Good morning early bird. Hope you had fun yesterday because today we have to work and a bachelor party is also on the schedule.-Grace says and blow me a kiss

"Good morning sleepy head. You look like someone who is really in pain because of the too much alcohol you drink last night. I hate bachelor parties. They are always so horny to seduce everybody.-I say and blow back a kiss in the air.

May discover everything in the kitchen and start cooking for the two of them. She smells amazing from the pancakes she makes it. I am already full so I refuse the offer to make me some also.

I spend my afternoon going grocery shopping, washing my clothes then put them in the dryer. Grace and May spent the whole day in their room. I can guess what they are doing but I don't want to know the details. Because of my wolf hearing, I can hear every moan coming from that room. So I plug in my earphones and listen to some music while cooking our early dinner before work. I made us some Greek salad with gyros. I already finish when they show up again and they look very hungry. They smell already scream hot and steamy s*x. We finished our food and started to get ready for work. I jump in the shower and wash my body with my strawberry scent body soap. I put on my uniform, make more waves in my hair and put some makeup on it. We leave our apartment with May. Get in the three of us and head to our workplace. May and Grace said their goodbyes at the club because she lives close by. We enter the club and see so many people already start the party.

"Hey, Sarah. Good to see you hope everything is fine.-I greet one of my colleagues and take over my shift. We try everything set up for the bachelor party in one VIP booth.

At 10 pm the bachelor party members come in and Grace accompanies them while I keep with the orders at the bar. They order their drinks I place on a tray and give them to Grace to serve them. Tonight is very busy so this special treatment is not needed for any of us. I see the manager already sent some girls to them to have fun and enjoy their stay here. I don't even call them girls they s**t and everybody can see just the way they dress.

"Sophie you should see them. They are all hot stuff but for you, not for me. I should tell you I saw them, Jason, from last night.-She tells me happily and winks at me.

I go to a quick bathroom break and after my turn for the VIP booth to take the orders. I enter the room and all six look yummy. I can smell them all werewolf and their scent is amazing. I smell Jason pine trees scent, citrus, pancake, and some more but the best scent was Chocolate mint. My wolf pacing in my head and whispering something that I do not understand. I walk closer to them and Jason comes and greets me. He hugs me but that's all, he kinda acts weird after yesterday's make-out session.

"Sophie so good to see you. I thought I would never see you again. We forget to change numbers, I feel so stupid but now I can ask you. Can I have your phone number please?-He bends closer and whispers the last sentence in my ear and caresses my arms.

"Sure. Good to see you too. Hope you have fun tonight too.-I wink at him. I wrote my number on a paper and handed it to him. I smile at him and he smiles back.

"Thank you. I forget others are here also. Let me introduce you to them.-He gestures to the others to sit around a table. We walk closer. The chocolate mint I smell is much stronger.

"Everybody, this is Sophie. Sophie is Lewis the husband to be, Tom, Tyler, Sean, and Connor.-I take a look at all of them and shyly smile. But the last one's eyes fixed on me so much. His black hair hung a little in his eyes, his eyes are black also. We make eye contact and that's when I hear my wolf repeat that one word.

"Mate, mate.-We says in unison with Connor. His eyes shining his wolf is ready to take over if he can't control him. He lap-sit a girl like all of them, but he pushes her to stand up. He comes closer, my heart pounding like it wanted to pop out from my chest. He sniffs my neck and I sniff his. Connor takes a two-step back and smiles at me.

"What is your full name Beautiful?-Connor asks me.

"Sophie Emma Scott. Nice to meet you.-I said and I reach out for a handshake.-He shakes his head and devilish smirk at me.

"I Connor Graham Alpha of the Silvermoon pack reject you as my mate and my Luna you Sophie Emma Scott.-I can feel my heart break into million pieces, my stomach tightened and my wolf whimper in pain also. Tears start to fill my eyes and my knees become weak. I fall on my knees and hug myself to try to put away the pain. Jason helps me to get up.

"Sorry somebody else will come and take your orders. Have a good night and congratulations Lewis.-I said then turn around and leave the room never looking back. I head back to the bar and tell Grace she should do the VIP. She understands after I tell her what happened and I can see anger start to build on her face. I fill a little tequila to myself and drink in one gulp. I have to delete this from my mind if I want to make it through the night.

Connor POV

"What the f**k is wrong with you? Did you know what you just did?-Ask Jason and turn to me after Sophie left the room. I shrug and sit down on my seat, pull the girl who was sitting on my lap before, and kiss her. I can feel everybody looks at me. Luckily the girls with us also werewolves. Thor my wolf growled at me and didn't say anything. I can feel he is very angry with me. But he will be ok and understand me.

"Connor do you realized what you did in so many ways bad?-Ask Lewis with a curious face.

"Yeah, I know. I don't want a mate and not a sl*t for my mate. I can always find a sl*t to keep my bed warm and please me. I can protect my pack without a Luna. It's over. Can we enjoy our night now?-I say and kiss the girl again with so much passion.

"Is this about yesterday because she kissed me? You made the biggest mistake of your life. You will regret it. Sophie is not a sl*t. She is so pure, nice, funny, and sexy. I wanted it more with her yesterday but she said that she keeps herself for her mate.

"I don't believe you. Who knows how many men she kissed before. I don't care about her. Let it go.-I says and anger starts to build up in me.

"You can't say that. You who always sleep with different girls every weekend and sometimes more on a weekend. You're a man wh**e and she deserves better. I can't be with you in the same room. Have fun, meet tomorrow morning.-Jason says pick up his jacket and his beer and leave the room.

"You know Jason was right? If I find my mate I never reject her. I will know that she has a past and me too with girls. So never reject her. It is a very stupid excuse from you.-Says Tyler and it surprised me. He gulps a big from his drink and watches me.

"Agree. I agree too. Same here.-Says Tom, Lewis, and Sean too. Did I make a mistake? What will happen to me in the future? Is the moon goddess giving me a second chance mate? I feel a little guilty but I don't mind. I pull my beer down and turn my girl on my lap to straddle me and help me forget everything that happens tonight.
