I spent another night at the hospital after that day I woke up. Sam is the one who persistently convinced me to stay longer here while I was actually dying to leave this place. This hospital room felt so cold and lonely.
I got off my bed and walked towards the window. I noticed that someone had entered my room. It must be Sam. She left earlier to bring me some food because I got sick of the food they had here.
“What took you so?—“ I turned around only to find another woman standing there.
“Do I know you?” I asked her, furrowing my brows.
The woman was in her mid-twenties. She had her hair tied up in a ponytail wearing a black leather jacket, and her tight pants were tugged to a high knee boot. She was pretty, but her eyes held no kindness inside of them.
