The moment I woke up, I didn’t see anyone inside the room. Where is Dominic? I thought he was the one who saved me earlier? I still had my big baby bump, and I could still feel him moving inside my stomach. I blew out a relieved breath. Thank God the baby didn’t die. I would hunt that woman for sure if something happened to my baby.
When I was about to get off the bed, the door suddenly went open, and I saw Austin come in. “Hey, what are you doing?” Horror filled his face as he ran towards me and supported me in his arms.
“The doctor said you can’t leave the bed for today.” He told me sternly, then got me back up to the bed.
“But I’m fine now,” He pressed the button to adjust the position of the bed so that it was slightly inclined up and it’s easier for us to talk.
