Aboard The Fate

We arrive at the dock and s**t there is a lot of people and this boat is huge, but is it big enough for all us folks ! I feel like I'm getting on the Titanic!

Frankie grabs my hand - " it's gonna be fine ! quit trippin."

I just smile and make my way up the ramp with everyone else. there's a bell hop looking guy at the door asking for tickets my dad hands him all of ours and we go on - we got a specialty suite - reminds me of an apartment complex sorta - it shares a main kitchen and living room and dining room area then splits off. Each side has a door. "that's gotta be the rooms- pretty dull colors " - I open the first door and find a studio version apartment a bed and a counter area with it's own bathroom . I go check the other side door and it looks identical to the other studio room except this one has a door that leads to the hallway -" yep! this one is mine !" I put my bags in here and lock the door that opens to the adjoining living space . Won't be needing them rooms anyways.

Frankies on a different deck I Wonder if she wants go look around ? I grab my phone

you ready to go check everything out ?

no . apparently we can't leave are rooms till we undock !

why ? who said that ! prolly just sme bs . I'ma find out real quick.

I call the front desk some guy answers " uh yeah so can we move about or do we have to wait till we undock? "

" you must stay in your room until we undock .For safety reasons we will announce when you can venture about "

okay so yeah we gotta wait

well get ready and wear your swimsuit I heard there's a pool area ;)

I change and just wait around - I'm hungry definitely gotta find some food first . Finally a deep voice comes out over the intercoms

I get a text from Frankie to meet her at Ground lobby

she's easy to spot with her blonde hair and tall build she sees me a waves excited like she does- Erratically while she yells my name like I don't see her.

the ship is huge and everywhere has the same designs of gold and silver with Royal blues and all the carpet is black - there's a map of the areas we can go to and I feel like a tourist in a new city but on a boat

we finally find the pool area and damn if it ain't packed - ugh I wish I was twenty one. I could so use a drink right about now .

alright they gotta serve some type of food here - I look around and see a server " I'll meet you at the bar area "

I head straight to him - " hey , excuse me sir ? y'all sever food out here ?" he just looks at me like I'm stupid . I'm about to say something again about the food like did I stutter or not speak English

" yes ma'am, my apologies - heres a menu and you just go to the bar to put in your order. "

"thanks " I just walk away. There are only three options so I go for the fingers and wings with a side of BBQ sauce" I'm so damn hungry. this is only gonna hold me for so long.
