Ava's eyes were as wide as dinner plates, lips trembling in shock or perhaps rage. She hadn't expected that, and hell no, I hadn't expected that too. The silence that settled in the room was almost deafening, and for the first time ever, I had the upper hand over my mischievous step sister.
Even in the Lunarstrike Pack, she'd try to turn everyone against me. I don't know how she did that but everyone including father had always believed I was the troublesome one, they'd think I was the one jealous of her and bullying her, whereas the reverse was the case.
