I crossed my legs slowly, making sure the slit in my dress was revealing my smooth thighs and fell just right to catch attention—not that Kane would notice. Not yet. But he would. Soon. Because soon, I'll be his wife, his Luna and he would have no other choice than to be with me.
I let out a quiet but triumphant sigh as I flipped open the file in my hand. My expression was so serious that one would think I was actually reading through the pages but I wasn’t reading a single word.
