Sean was looking up from his cards at all the commotion Holly was causing. Well dame, he thought, this isn't going to end well, she's going to play with her like a game of cat and mouse now. Sean let out a deep sigh. He noticed His boy Luke looking over at him. Luke had just turned 21, he had a short build, his blond hair was always spiked up. He had gold brown eyes. Clearly otherworldly he was, a wolf. Sean always thought Serenity sent him to school to follow Sean around and keep him safe. Luke shook his head, his parents sent him there. They wanted him to have some human interaction before they practically shipped him off to a school for the underworld. That was before they realized the next heir to the throne was living just 4 blocks away from them. Then him and Sean just became good friends, the best Sean would like to think. He was human and Luke was a wolf, there was no one better he could talk to about all his wolf questions. If it wasn't for Luke Sean wouldn't know half the things he does about the underworld. "She practically said she owns the place. Well not her but her dad."
Sean rolled his eyes. great. "well you know this is not going to end well" The other guys were already enjoying the show. Talking about how Holly is about how she was about to get taken down a peg. Wow he just wishes they knew how right there were though. Serenity had something bad planned for this girl Sean could feel it.
“THAT'S IT!” Holly was screaming at this point. “I'm calling my dad and he's going to have your ass, and then this whole place will be mine for my birthday!” Holly pulled out her phone and obviously speed dialed someone. Serenity just sat there, on her couch sipping on her drink, she made sure to pull out her phone and turn it all the way up.
“Daddy, I'm down here at CAP and these bouncers won't let me in some super strike VIP section! You need to do something about this now!!” Holly’s face was basically bowling at this point. Holding the phone close to her ears there were a few, Mhmm yeah ok mhmm ok ok, then a “YES NOW!” Holly took her thumb and slammed on the call end button. She looked over at Sean who was still stilling with the boys, paused from their game to watch the spectacle. This made her pissed, why was he just sitting there. Everyone wanted Holly just one night is what guys would bag for and now this b***h in the corner is blocking her. Who the f**k did she think she was anyway. Did she even know who Holly was? This started to make Holly pissed. Then a seductive smile came across her face, Daddy will soon fix this.
Serenity was waiting for the call as she continued to sip on her caribou. She had already placed her phone on the table, she wanted to see the look on Holly’s face as her “daddy” called “Angel”, and though if on cue the chime of her phone started to ring. Holly looked up from whatever it was she was doing on her phone, curiosity across her face.
“Yes, Harold hello” Serenity said as she answered the phone. She paused for a moment as she let Holly’s father answer “Is Holly there Mamma?”
“yes, yes actually she is standing right in front of… well my bouncers.” Serenity answered in a cool collect tone, “I wasn't particularly liking how she was talking to my men, very rude, very abrupt. I didn't really appreciate it. So no she can not come in.”
Without another question, he understood “well then i suppose she's going to be learning an important lesson tonight. I keep telling her she can't have her way all the time.” he sighed into the phone, “I hope you have a wonderful night Angel. Could you do me one favor?”
“Of course Harold!” Serenity said with a wicked beautiful smile across her face. Holly was not liking the sound of this conversion. How did she know her dad on a first name basis?
“Could you just make sure that she gets home safe. I know sometimes she can lash out and behave improperly. She tends to think drinking will solve everything.” Harold let out another deep sigh.
“I understand… But Harold…” Serenity's smile never left her face but she did put love and care into her voice, “your money won't solve everything. Spend some time with your child.” before he could even say anything she hung up the phone. She could feel Sean's eyes on her. She looked over at him and they locked eyes. At that moment in time they could feel each other, their love, there want. From where he was sitting he could have sworn her sea green eyes were changing to a golden brown.
“Hey man, are we gonna get back to this game or are we going to just keep watching Holly get taken down? Personally I like it but I was on a roll and I'm about to take yall's MOOONEY!” Sean was snapped out of his trance when Dominick threw four chips on the table. Sean and the rest of the boys laughed. He knew no one else was coming home with them tonight. It Didn't bug him at all, as long as he had his Beloved he was the happiest and luckiest man alive.
