Alley's Bad Luck

When we arrived home

 When she took off to the woods I wanted to go with her. The reason I didn't is that I know how it is to need that time to bond with your wolf. -We should at least follow her so we know that she is safe.- Colton said. -I know but we have to give them this time to bond.- He turned away and quit talking. After school ended I grabbed Alley's bag and went to sit beside her car. I didn't want to just sit there but I did and I guess I fell asleep at some point because the next thing I know Alley is waking me up. I try to apologize but she said it's fine then says that we need to get going because of her parents. Alley then leans down to get her bag and I don't know what came over me but I reach for her and touch her arm when she looks at me Colton takes over and pushes her against the car. Then he puts his nose by her neck and takes a deep breath of her intoxicating smell. The next thing I know I feel sparks on my neck that go up into my hair and then her lips are on mine. I shove her into the car more kissing her like my life depends on it and at this moment it does. She put her leg on my hip so I picked her up then I started kissing down her jaw and I could feel her racing heart. I didn't want to stop but when I felt her tap on my shoulder I pulled back to look at her. *I would love to keep this going but 1 we are in public and 2 I really do need to get home to talk with my parents. I'm sorry maybe we can pick this up later.* she said and I could tell that she was out of breath. I love how she looks flushed just from us making out but I put her down then hand her bag to her. When she unlocked the doors I opened her door for her she looked at me funny but got in anyway. *What was that look for?* I asked her. Alley seemed to think about that for a minute before answering *I'm not used to people opening doors for me. Just so you know I'm not very good at signing and driving right now.* I smiled at her because I am the same way. *That's okay because I'm the same way when I drive.* So we left and it was nice to be able to think without everyone trying to get my attention for once. I don't know why I'm not freaked out about the fact that in less than 24 hours of moving here I have already found my mate. I have not even told my parents about that yet either and I don't know how they are going to feel about it. The only reason I say that is because they have always wanted me to be mated to someone with power like a beta or an Alpha's daughter. Why they are worried about who I mate with is weird because I am the male my role won't change unless I mate with an Alpha's daughter and she is the only child. I stay lost in my own thoughts all the way home but when we pull up to her house and she touched my hand I could not believe that this beautiful and amazing person is my mate. I pull her hand to my lips and kiss her knuckles. When she blushed I knew right then and there that I did not care what my parents think I love this girl already and will do anything for her. *It looks like your parents are here as well Damian.* I looked up to see she was right we could see both of our parents through the living room window and they looked worried. *They look worried so we should get in there and let them know that we are okay* I tell her before getting out of the car. She lets me open her door for her again and I love that she lets me do that even though she's not used to it. I grab her hand as we walk to the door, open it and allow her to walk in first. I thought she was going to drop my hand before we walked into the living room but to my surprise, she Interlocked our fingers right before entering the room. Everyone looked up at the same time when we walked in and I could tell that she didn't like all of the attention so I pulled her behind me slightly. When I did that everyone started signing at the same time *stop we can't keep up with everyone at the same time. So please one at a time, Mom you first.* I said to try to get some type of order. *Where have you been? The school was over almost 3 hours ago and you're just now getting home. On top of that, you don't answer your phone or text one of us back.* Okay so my mom going first was probably not the best option. *Alley shifted during gym class and I stayed close to make sure she was okay. On top of that, I didn't want to leave her stuff by her car for anyone to take.* I replied to my mother like it was nothing. Alley's mother went next *You shifted early? You must have been so scared and confused. Are you okay my dear?* *Yea I shifted early and yes I was confused and a little scared but I knew what to expect. What happened was not what I was expecting though.* I am so proud of her right now she looks so strong. *What do you mean what happened?* Her father asked. *Well she shifted faster than anyone I have ever met on their first shift but at the same time, everyone in the gym who had already gone through their first shift was forced to shift as well. It was the craziest thing ever because the teachers had a hard time getting everyone to calm down enough to shift back.* I said before she had a chance to try to explain. They all looked at each other then they started talking to each other without signing so we couldn't understand what they were talking about. I could feel the emotional shift in the air and I know they could feel it too by the way they all jerked to look at us. I looked at Alley and could tell she was pissed and also fighting with her wolf for control. *Someone needs to start talking about what you know because I do not take kindly to being left out of the conversation when that conversation is about me.* I don't know what it was but even when she said that I wanted to start talking. *Baby, I would love to tell you but it's not my place to tell you. Please calm down we don't need you shifting in the middle of the living room.* her mom was trying to talk to her to calm her down. I reach out and rub her shoulders because as she talked she moved in front of me and I could feel her relax a little. *TAKE YOUR HANDS OFF OF MY DAUGHTER!* her father "yelled" at me. Alley said something faster than I could and what she said had everyone shutting up *DO NOT TELL MY MATE WHAT TO DO!* And when I say there was a silence in the room I mean no one was talking, signing, or even breathing. Next thing I knew in walks was the Alpha of the pack.
