I have painted several watercolors. I feel as though watercolors are too thin, that I prefer a thicker textured paint, an acrylic perhaps. I played chess against Roy at lunch. He won both games. After work, Mike and I went to the Lakewood Library. I wanted to look up information on the history of this house. I read somewhere that it was built before the Sorg House, which is down the street. Mrs. Parker was there and helped me research the house’s history. We found some records proving it was built in August 1860, just before the start of the Civil War. The man who built it was Thomas Fleek. Mrs. Parker is the librarian at the elementary school and was so when I was a kid. She doesn’t seem to remember me. While at the library, I saw a beautiful woman reading LOOK. Her hair was slinking
