Today is the first of three days of the Chautauqua County Fairgrounds Festival in Fredonia, which is near S.U.N.Y., the university. Roy said he earned his undergrad degree there. He also said the fair is filled with games, rides, prizes, farm animal contests, and music. It runs through the Fourth of July. It’s open to everyone, but you have to be a resident of the county to enter the competitions. Roy said The Lettermen came to do three shows last year. This year it’s Glen Campbell.
