Kole woke up early ready to unite their worlds. His best friend and trusted Alfa was about to be crowned today. It was Kole's job to get Edric back to Aciah in one piece. many people in California were looking for a way to stop the wedding from happening just to take a shot at weakening Queen Aciah. Kole knew he was up to the task he's been a trained warrior since he was nine years old.

"Sir, it's time to go. The Queen signaled for you to come for the wedding today. We have to make you look sharp," Kole advised Edric.

Edric groaned as he rolled over with messy hair and a stale stitch to his breath. Yeah, yeah, I'm up. Call the pack to meet me in town in ten minutes. Everyone in the pack must be in a complete formal attire. I will not have my pack the laughing stock of South Cali.

Edric's tone resignated through Kole's bones, forcing him to bare his head down and neck out in submission. "Yes Alfa Edric," Kole said, nodding in agreement.

Edric got out his phone and checked the time. There was exactly twenty hours til the wedding and he needed a complete make over.

Thyra sent over a basket of treats. A credit card was stashed in the bottom of the basket with a note. Edric opened the note and read it aloud.

My dearest Alfa, please accept this gift as a token of my appreciation. You will make an excellent King and our people will become as one. I have parked another gift out front for you. This should be an easier way to get around rather than running. You are going to have to adjust to this new form of transportation. All eyes are on you. I hope that you remember all of the training we have done. May the moon goddess be with you.

Edric closed the note and headed towards the glowing light work along the trees. When he came to the dirt road there was a brand new all black and chrome Bugatti Divo.

At four in the morning he did not think his day would start off with such exquisite gifts. Edric knew the perks of being king was his ability to afford everything he ever wanted for his pack. He never expected that Thyra would be so generous though.

Kole was already in the driver seat waiting to chauffeur his future king around with pride. He yelled at Edric, "come on in sir isn't it amazing!"

Edric couldn't hold back the smile on his face seeing his beta so happy. He walked smoothly to the car and got in.

They arrived at a men's suit wear store where Edric was advised to get fitted into the attire picked out by his soon to be bride. With out complaints he did as instructed. When they left Kole brought him to another stop to get Edric cleaned up. This was the cleanest he'd ever been since his parents were gone.

Edric enjoyed the pampering for the day, as did his entire pack. The women and children shopped till they were tired and hungry. Kole lit up like a Christmas tree when Edric finally was done with his hair and attire. He was truly fit to be a king now.

Limos drove the whole pack to Krigeren and escorts were lined up to open doors. One after another everyone entered the large hall and sat in the pews.

Edric was escorted by his best man Kole to the alter. Before long everyone started to get restless waiting on the Queen and her family to attend.

Thyra took charge and had a harpest play music while they wait and conversate. She dashed out of the great hall right up to Aciah's quarters. When she arrived Aciah was in a war with her own father screaming and swearing about laws and legal procedures.

Thyra knocked hesitantly, "Majesty, we are ready when you are." Thyra seen a pleading stare from Aciah's eyes. Aciah pressed her lips together frustrated. Thrya once again was in the middle of a feud between parent and child. This is how she was banished the first time from the kingdom.

"Is there anything you need me to help with Queen Aciah," Thyra said boldly as she emphasized on the queen part. Thyra was already dressed in all blue while she stared at her beautiful niece before her.

Aciah stood with her head held high and asked Thyra to help her with her crown. Her father stormed off dissatisfied with the argument not going his way.

After Waylon walked out Thyra asked if everything was okay between Aciah and her father. She knew they use to be really close but since his want to retire he's become cold and grumpy.

Edric noticed that Aciah's father came in the great hall with out walking his daughter down the isle. Edric quickly mind linked his beta to check on things upstairs.

Aciah could sense Kole's presence coming up the stairs. "It's time," was all she told Thyra. Just as Kole was about to knock Aciah opened the door and nodded her head. Thyra walked out with her elegantly.

The thought of marriage made Aciah's stomach turn to knots. Mizrianna came beside her daughter and held up her elbow to walk her daughter down the isle.

As a Queen, the Queen's mother is the one to walk you down the isle," Mizzy explained. Aciah sighed when her mother mentioned it. There were so many fine details she wanted to change about her own wedding that made her rethink being Queen again. She missed the quiet forest cave.

Music from the hardest stopped and the piano began to play. The double doors were opened slowly with magic. Thyra raised a bunch of twinkling lights above the isle. Flower pedals fell a couple feet infront of Aciah as she walked with her mother down the isle.

Edric was star struck in tears at the sight of his soon to be wife. He watched as Aciah walked down in an all black leather suit with a golden robe over her shoulders covered in fur. Her rather tall crown glistened as the light shined down on her.

Aciah made it to the alter and they exchanged their vows formally as recited. Everything was perfect that night. They danced and enjoyed the celebration of their marriage. When the clock read two I'm the morning they left the party to consumate their marriage outside in their beast form for the marking under the moon to transition Edric to be a hybrid.

The whole wedding party watched as his body broke every bone into alignment for his new form. Edric bared through the pain with out a single yelp of pain. When his transition completed he stood towering over Aciah by four feet. His hybrid side of him made him faster and stronger physically than Aciah but her witch powers made her invincible to him.

Aciah bared her teeth into his neck as they wrestled for dominance. The crowd cheered and placed high bets on which one of them would be pinned into submission. Edric fought with all his might until he saw a small vulnerability. Edric went for Aciah's right arm as she threw a jab towards his face. Edric grabbed her hand twisting it over his shoulder flipping her on her back knocking the wind out of her.

Edric climbed on top of Aciah as they began to make love in her sudden submission. The moment was beautiful to Aciah but her father walked away with a determined face. Waylon was going to make Edric's life a whole lot more complicated exposing the truth about Mizrianna, Hild, and Edric's parents.

Aciah urged to grab ahold of Edric in the middle of him gaining a slight victory. Her wolf came forth and Edric was suddenly ejected off of her and tossed in the air. Aciah pounced on top of Edric and pinned him to the cold hard ground.

"You just couldn't left me win this one huh," Edric questioned Aciah with a smirk. "Okay okay what ever you want my love," he said as he watched her wolf turn over her body back to Aciah.

Aciah stayed put pinning Edric by the wrists to the ground. "Just because I said I do to you doesn't mean I'll subdue to you. we are equals in everything. If you think this marriage will go any other way I won't continue this and end it now. Dont think I won't do what it takes."

Edric replied simply, "I won't. I will not ever agree to be more or less than your equal. You are mine and I am Yours. forever."

Aciah dove right in for a passionate kiss and said, "I love you Edric!"
