Rebecca's point of view
I walked through the Rogue's pack in joy, having heard that Alex now had a hut. Eager to meet him, I decided to bring him some fruits as an excuse. I knocked on his door, and he opened it. "I bought some orange fruit," I raised it to show him. "Thanks," he took it from my hand.
Just as I thought it was a private moment, I heard Lucy's voice from my side of the hut. "Who is there?" She asked.
My eyes widened in shock. Had Lucy been here all day? I opened my mouth to speak and answer her, but Alex was quick to shut me off.
"She's just dropping some fruits and is on her way," he said, shutting the door on me. I couldn't believe it. Was he indirectly pushing me away? Did he want me to go? Did he want to be alone with Lucy?
