There was something so incredibly pleasing and yet mocking in pulling up in front of this…nightclub to pick up the vivacious Rachel. When Hunter had gotten her text, he had no idea if something bad happened or something good.
Rachel stood outside with a friend, then strode to the side of his car. Her eyes sparkled and her cheeks were rosy, likely nothing to do with the coldness outside. He lowered the passenger-side window.
