Xzavier POV The reception was in full swing. Food and drinks were flowing, the dance floor was full, and there was what felt like a permanent smile plastered to my face. I watched as Ari and her mother spun together on the dance floor, the gentle glow of the fairy lights strung from the ceiling casting a golden halo around them.
