Xzavier POV The room was blindingly white as I blinked the sleep from my eyes. The dull beeping that had lulled me to sleep was still going meaning there had been no change. I sat up, rubbing the stiffness from my neck. A blanket dropped from my shoulders as I moved. One of the nurses must have covered me up at some point. Ari was still laying in the hospital bed, a multitude of tubes and wires connecting her to the machines keeping her alive. Heather had said it was a good sign that she had made it to the clinic before coding but she had never regained conciousness after. That was three days ago. Every moment since then had been torture. She laid there, breath and life being forced into her, all the blood she lost being pumped back in, even the wolfsbane antidote had been dripping
