"Ace..."
He was gasping when he had reached her, breathless and trembling after receiving a text which said that they had Ace with the location. When he had reached there, he found the place too crowded for them to have captured Ace there but he was still very afraid and when he saw her careless figure walking around without a worry, he could only take her in his embrace, breathing into the warmth of body.
“I received a picture and a text….” He breathlessly explained.
“I’m fine, it was a hoax.” Her gentle voice did not sooth his worry at all.
“We are leaving, right now. I can’t do this. I can’t. Ace.” He leaned back and said and was thoroughly frustrated to find her eyes calm as they always were, so unafraid of everything.
