The dots danced on my screen, appearing and disappearing again. I held my breath, my heart pounding heavily in my chest. Then the dots stopped moving, then disappeared.
I stared at the screen, my blood running cold from the thought of it all. He just watched the video and he didn't even react to it at all!? I almost threw my phone across the room. But I collapsed onto the bed instead and forced my eyes closed.

I woke up to the smell of him invading my nostrils. It was faint at first, and I could almost swear it wasn't there, but it made my pulse quicker even before my eyes opened. I laid still, my body tangled in the sheets, my skin still warm from sleep.
A result of sleep… whatever.
Taking in a deep breath, I opened my eyes slowly. And it landed on him.
