Thursday
“WHERE TO, NOW?” Jake said as they pulled through the gate.
“Keep going straight down this road into the valley,” Josh said. “In about ten miles, you’ll see a cluster of buildings on both sides of the road. The one we want is the Distribution Center. It’s on the left, so watch for the sign and drive around back to the loading dock.”
“No problem,” Jake said, and the van surged forward.
Jake was watching the road, but he was also trying to get a feel for the area. He saw farms on both sides of the road, and tractors were pulling equipment in a couple of them.
“Those tractors look pretty old,” Jake said.
