“DOES THE COMMUNITY we’re looking for have a name?” Jake said.
“I’m not sure. All I know is that it’s a farming area, and I hope there might be a feed and seed store. We’re always on the lookout for seeds.”

“The people in my community.”
“You haven’t told me much about them.”
“We live in a valley filled with rich farmland, and the people there have formed a close-knit group. There’s only one highway running through the valley; and since the tragedy, we’ve totally blockaded one end of it.”
“Meaning there’s only one way in or out,” Jake said.
“Exactly. And we maintain tight control over that access road. Nobody gets in, unless we want them to.”
