Immediately Ruby finished speaking, Tessa and the rest of the companions, nodded in affirmation. They knew that they really needed to gather more allies, if they ever wanted to stand a chance of winning the battle. "What are we going to do now? Where do we start from?" Ava asked, with a determined voice. Ruby slightly smiled, as she adjusted her leg. "The first step we will take, will be to visit the ancestral legends," Ruby said. "They possess the knowledge and power, that we will need, to be able to defeat the shadow." Immediately, Tessa smiled in excitement. "The ancestral legends?" Tessa repeated. "I've heard myths about them. It is said that they possess mystical powers, that'll be hard to believe." Ruby nodded in agreement. "Yes. You're right," Ruby said. "But, they're very difficult to find. We'll need to come up with a strategic plan." Immediately, they began their journey to realization. As they walked past many waters, valleys, and landscapes, they equally overcame all the battles that they encountered along the way. Finally, after many days of traveling, that seemed like an eternity, they were able to find the abode of the ancestral legends. A tall mountain stood before them, with its peak, covered by the mist of the clouds. Tessa, felt shivers run down her spines, as she tried to gaze at the apex of the mountain, for the second time. "We've arrived. This is the place," Ruby said, with a low tone, as if she was trying to read the environment. "This is the sacred abode of the ancestral legends." Tessa smiled with excitement. Without being told, she knew that her journey was indeed far from over. However, she was ready to battle. She was ready to own her kingdom. For she was Tessa, the last remaining lupine. And for that reason, she would stop at nothing, in protecting the life of her people. As the progressed forward, Tessa and the others, stood at the entrance of the abode of the castle. It was a gigantic door, which had so much ancient paintings and mysterious languages . Immediately, Ruby stepped forward, with her hand on the door. "Greetings, great legends. We're here in peace, to seek for your face," Ruby said with a fierce tone, as her voice echoed throughout the mountains. "We're here to seek the wisdom, protection and powers of the ancestral legends." Immediately she said that, the door creaked open, revealing a dark hallway, which was only lighted by a lantern. Tessa and the other companies stepped inside, and their eyes immediately adjusted to the darkness. As they proceeded towards the hallway, they began to fell the presence of spiritual beings. Immediately, Tessa felt her powers being awakened, and her gifts being ignited. Suddenly, the hallway opened in darkness, revealing a very large inner chamber. The ancestral legends, all sat in a dias, which was at the right hand side of the chamber. Tessa immediately felt shivers run down her spine, as she heard the ancestral legends, speaking in unison. "Why have you come to seek our face?" their voice echoed through the stone wall, as they spoke. Immediately, Ruby stepped forward, with her eyes locked in theirs. "We're here to ask for your help," Ruby said. "Our kingdom is on the verge of being destroyed by The Shadow. We have come that you'd help us win this battle." With a piercing gaze, the ancestral legends looked through them, as if they were reading their souls. Again, in a voice that was both ageless and mystical, they spoke. "You'll be helped," they said. "However, you'll prove that you're worthy." Tessa's mind raced in fear, as the ancestral legends, made to reveal the initial trial. "What is it that we have to do, to prove our worthiness?" Tessa asked, with a determined, yet uncertain voice. The ancestral legends laughed, with great amusement. "The Crystal Of Light, must be brought back to us," they said. "It is hidden deep between the bridge of abyss and darkness, a labyrinth of shadows and evil." Immediately, Tessa felt a shiver of fear, running down her spine. She knew that the battle was going to be long, but she didn't know that it was also going to be this dangerous. Indeed, she knew that the battle was still very long. However, she was ready. She was Tessa, a sacred lupine, who was definitely going to live up to her name. And, she'll definitely stop at nothing in protecting her Kingdom. "I'll go!" Tessa affirmed with a determined voice. "I, Tessa, will retrieve the Crystal of Light." Ruby nodded, with a look of pride. "You won't be alone, sister, cause I'll go with you," Ruby said with a firm expression. "We'll destroy the heart of darkness together." Ava and Lily, immediately stepped forward, with determined looks on their faces. "We'll come too," Ava said with a fierce tone. Lily nodded in agreement. "We're in this together," Lily continued. As the spoke, the ancestral legends, nodded in approval. "Let the battle, begin!" they affirmed. With that, they'll set out to war. They were going to destroy the Heart Of Darkness, and claim the Crystal Of Light. As they continued to journey through the wilderness, they began to feel the presence of an otherworldly spirit, and an unnatural silence. At that moment, Tessa felt her gifts, coming back to life. Indeed, it was time. Without wasting any more time, Tessa, began to reach out to the spirit plants and animals, but to her uttermost shock, there was no response from them. The spirit plants and animals were scared of the dark powers, which lurked around the wilderness. At that point, Tessa felt downcast, but she wouldn't give up, that easily. Without being told, she knew that she had to keep trying, no matter the dangers that laid ahead. After all, in the past, she had won battles that seemed impossible. Now, she'd stop at nothing, in making sure that she protected her kingdom. Immediately they turned to the left, a strange figure, emerged from the shadows. It was a woman! Her face was filled with hatred and evil. "Welcome home, Tessa," the woman said, with a sinister voice. "You kept me waiting for so long. I've been waiting for you to come home." Immediately, her heart dropped in fear, as she realized who the woman was.
