Just like in Cinderella, all nights come to an end. This time, at least, no one had to leave the party at midnight. Or without their shoes.
We all left the club together, the girls chatting excitedly about the upcoming Choosing at Vala’s. Mialloch had found Rowan at some point and they were presenting a united cold front towards Alec and me. We split up into two groups, Holly and Rose coming with us in Rose’s car, Ewan following behind us with Amber, Mialloch, and Rowan in the Scout.
