“You went behind my back to ask Chloe about my whereabouts?” I asked him in disbelief as I paused not opening my door.
I could honestly not believe that Larry would go that far. And all for what?

I raised my hand up to him as if to say he should not get closer. He got the message and stopped in his tracks.
