The panel were impressed with Lyn’s poise and knowledge with the town’s history. All of the panels commented on her knowledge and poise, and not to mention her beauty and credentials. Lyn felt proud, not only she infuriated the man that ruined her, but felt good that she got in. Ever since, she always dreamed of being the maiden.
After the audition, Margo can’t wait for Lyn to get back to her from backstage. She was practically fidgeting on her chair. It wasn’t so bad, she thought to herself. Things are going to be okay, and her friend’s going to be the sun maiden. She assured herself. She felt her soul left her body, when suddenly Sandra and the man was right next to her seat.
