CHAPTER SEVENTY - THE FORGOTTEN PACT
Kiro felt a sharp pain in his head that forced him to the ground. An opening, the Riser thought. Whatever it was that forced the Phantom Riser to the ground wasn’t an opportunity he could pass up. “Kiro, get up!” Olivia yelled. She picked up her sword and stood between the approaching danger. “Aaron, where are you?” Kiro’s mind went straight to the time Remi met him. She had to be involved somehow. No one was aware of Aaron’s existence. And there was no way he could leave without letting him know. In fact, there was actually no way he could leave. He was stuck with him. The last time he spoke with Aaron was when he was within the energy sphere that Remi created. There wasn’t anything different after they left. Or at least that was what he remembered.
