A few large men appeared out of nowhere. Sadie backed away slowly until she backed up against Anrian, who held her tightly to himself as the large men encircled them. “Why would you want me? You hurt me and you didn’t even care!”, she shout from the circle. William made his way through the men and looked at Sadie. “I know and I am very sorry, Sadie. That’s why I’m here to make it up to you. Come with me and I promise I’ll be the best boyfriend you’ve ever had. We’ll even get married!”, he spoke with sparkling eyes. Sadie’s face with consumed with horror that evolved into uttered disgust. “As if I’d ever go anywhere with you! You devastated me, you destroyed me. You just wanted a lesser sentence by declaring insanity, which from what I can tell, is the definite truth if you think that you and I will ever have a chance together!”, Sadie shout at the top of her lungs. Anrian smiled down at her as he rested his hand on her shoulder. William stared at her in amazement and slight horror. Soon, his terrified expression dissolved. “Well, I’m sorry you feel that way, Sadie. I guess I have no choice but to take you for myself. Get him!”, William sounded. Suddenly, two of the large men grabbed onto Anrian before Sadie could even turn around. Anrian fought strongly by cleverly knocking the men out, but was soon faced with three other large men. Sadie watched in amazement as one by one, the large men fell down in pain. Anrian never told her he could fight. She smiled warmly, when this is over he had a lot of explaining to do. Before she could congratulate Anrian on his victory, William grabbed Sadie from behind and sent eight other large men at Anrian. Anrian looked up and saw Sadie struggling in William’s grasp. “He’s gotten stronger.”, she thought as she wailed about like mad. Anrian slowly put his hands up and surrendered to the men. He didn't want to Sadie to get hurt because of him. The men then began to beat him, mercilessly. Sadie cried out in pain as she saw her beloved tortured on her behalf right before her eyes. She closed her eyes as she continued to hear countless blows land and the grunts sound from Anrian’s battered body. William then leaned in and whispered in her ear. “This can all stop if you come with me.”, he spoke in a sly tone. Sadie dropped her head in submission. She couldn’t bare to hear or see Anrian get hurt like this, so agreed to go with William. William then told the men to stop beating Anrian. Sadie looked as her love laid lifeless on the ground with a bad swollen face and bruised body. Sadie whimpered in pain with tears streaming down her face. “I love you, Anrian! Don’t you ever forget it! I’m so sorry! From the bottom of my heart, baby, I am so sorry!”, she screamed as William dragged her off onto a helicopter, leaving Anrian unconscious in the parking lot.
Sadie sat silently with her tears streaming down her face. For once, if only for a little while, she was happy. She and Anrian were in love and it seemed like God himself smiled down upon them. Now, within only a few moments, all of that was snatched from her. She closed her eyes and quietly sobbed. William sat across from her, staring at her with a smile. “You’ll forget him soon enough and I will become all that you desire. You will love me, Sadie, just like you did all those years ago. It’ll hurt now but I promise you it will get better.”, William spoke so confidently it made Sadie sick. She knew that there was nothing she could say to knock him down a few pegs so she scolded him deeply in her heart, remaining totally quiet. After what seemed like a few hours, one of the men that was on the helicopter with them drew some sort of liquid into a syringe. Sadie watched in slight confusion. The man flicked the syringe gently and turned to Sadie. She instantly became tense. She couldn't fight much since her hands and feet were bound with zip ties, but she did attempt to but to no avail. “This will help you sleep for the rest of the trip. After all, it’s a surprise.”, William grinned. The man with the syringe came closer and injected Sadie with the solution. She flinched from the slight pang of pain and then brought her legs into herself and kicked the man in the face. He fell backwards a ways but didn’t fall off of the helicopter. Two of the large man restrained the fighting Sadie until she gradually fell asleep. William smiled. “All is going according to plan. Soon, Sadie will understand how much I love her and then, the rest is history.”, he spoke to the henchmen aboard the helicopter. “Oh, we’re here.”, William exclaimed.
Anrian slowly opened his eyes. He noticed that it was now night and that Sadie was gone. He quickly sat up and looked around. “She’s gone. Sadie, she’s gone.”, he thought as he painful arose. He screamed her name a couple of times but nothing but the sound of bustling crickets returned his call. Anrian quickly got in his car and drove home. As soon as he entered his home and saw his mother, he told her what happened. Melissa’s eyes bulged from her head. “Okay, sweetheart. We will get help but first, let’s get you cleaned up.”, she spoke softly. After Anrian was tended to, Melissa heard Anrian out. “She was right there, mom. I had her. I fought all of those guys off easier but her r****t ex-boyfriend grabbed her. All I could do was surrender because I was afraid that he would hurt her. They beat me until I lost consciousness.”, he spoke and before he knew it, tears started to pour from his eyes. Melissa wrapped her arms around her heartbroken son. “She told me she loved me and to save me, she went with him. Only God knows what he’s going to do to her!”, he spoke angrily, waking up his father. His father entered the kitchen and sat down next to his weeping son. His looked over at Melissa who nodded knowingly. His father rested his large hands on his son shoulder. Anrian slowly lifted his head and looked at his father. “Then we will get her back, son.”, he spoke in a very deep voice.
