Sadie continued on to explain to Anrian all that happened that night: the alcohol, the r**e, the pain, the fear. She told him everything, leaving nothing out. Anrian’s eyes began to deepen in sadness, anger, and concern as she ended her story. “The pain I felt that night was more than I could bare. Not only was I in great physical pain but I wasn’t right. I couldn’t eat, I couldn’t think, I couldn’t sleep. He took more than my virginity that night.”, Sadie said as she felt tears run down her face. Anrian’s eyes narrowed with compassion as he embraced her gently. “I’m...so, so sorry. My God, I understand now. The pool table and me inviting you over must’ve been really scary but please understand, darling, and please hear me. I would never, ever do anything to hurt you in any way. I am not William nor would I ever do what he did to you.”, he spoke with burning eyes. Sadie looked into his eyes and nodded. She then wiped her eyes and hugged him tightly. “I’m here, I’ll protect you. I’ll love you and hold you and...and...kiss you.”, Anrian spoke slowly as he leaned in and softly kissed Sadie. His lips came to her, slowly and repeatedly, easing her mind and her pain. She moaned slightly as his held her tightly, rubbing and touching her back softly. She felt breathless and lighter than air as they pour their affection into each other.
Anrian and Sadie sat in the arcade area with root beer soda and mozzarella sticks, talking the night away. The occasional laugh and weird impressions sounded throughout the bonus room. Sadie laughed so hard at one of Anrian’s jokes that she snorted. She quickly place her hand over her mouth in shock and embarrassment. “Oh, my gosh.”, she mumbled through her hand. Anrian looked over at her with a bright smile. “How cute was that?!”, he said as laughed. He pulled her hand away from her mouth. “Don’t be embarrassed. I’m glad I can make you laugh like that.”. Sadie blushed as she looked away, pulling her hair behind her ear. “Thanks.”, she whispered. Anrian touched her chin, stroking it with his thumb. “You’re welcome.”, he smiled. Sadie smiled at his display of affection and gently pushed his hand away. “Stop trying to put the moves on me. Ya know, it’s like your mom said: ‘Raging hormones plus testosterone equals bad ideas'.” Anrian chuckled. “Is this a bad idea?”, he asked as he scooted closer to Sadie and slowly kissed her once again. As he pulled away, Sadie gulped some root beer quickly to hide her blushing face. When she finished, Anrian was looking right at her. “I guess that wasn’t such a bad idea.”, she giggled to herself. Anrian smiled at her and kissed her again, but this time Sadie’s eyes shot open as she felt his tongue in her mouth! She quickly pulled away. She stared at Anrian in shock. “What--What was that? Did you just---you didn’t, did you?”, she stammered, pointing at him. Anrian grabbed her pointing hand and pulled Sadie to him. She apprehensively came closer to him. He placed his hand around her neck. “Yes, I did.”, he said as he then kissed her. She moaned slightly as she felt his tongue once again and started to pull away when Anrian held her in place. “Please...don’t push me away.”, he whispered. Sadie swallowed hard with her breathing slightly out of hand. “I-I’ve never been kissed like this before. I-It’s different and I feel…”, she paused. Anrian looked at her. “Like nothing else matters.”, he stated. Sadie looked over at him, then looked away. “I know. I feel it, too, but if you really want me to stop I will.”, he spoke. Sadie looked back over at him. She thought for a moment and shook her head. Anrian then asked if she was sure and she assured him. He then started to kiss her again. She moaned every time and tried to not pull away from him. The feeling was so intense that she wanted to move away from him but it was so wonderful that she didn’t want it to end. As the kiss deepened and the passion soared, Sadie quickly forgot about her apprehension and returned Anrian’s affections. Anrian stopped kissing her to look at her, Sadie kept her eyes closed for a moment longer before she slowly opened her eyes again. “Okay…”, she managed to say. Anrian stroked her hair. “Okay.”, he copied her with a smile.
It had been a full three days since Sadie had seen Anrian. She did miss him but she consciously avoided him. She didn’t want to talk about what had happened a few days back because she barely understood herself. She didn’t quite understand how he made her feel. All she knew was that she liked him a lot and that every time he kissed her, it rocked her world. She sighed loudly as she looked over the order forms for some last minute props for the play. Only a couple more days until opening night. She was excited but after being with Anrian things tended to be less important. She needed time to process and absorb her emotions and feelings toward Anrian, so after the staff and PTA were finished with the preparations for the play for the day Sadie isolated herself. She slowly walked out onto the school’s veranda and stared out across the trees that stood in front of it. She leaned over the white wooden railing with her hands clasped together. She then began to contemplate everything that had happened between her and Anrian. She specifically remember the pool game and how horribly she lost. She smiled as she remembered Anrian crazy victory dance, what a goof ball. She then remember how strongly he made his requested to receive a kiss from her. “The winner does usually get a reward and I want my reward to be a kiss from you.”, she recalled him saying.
