Gabby’s Alpha Mate

Alexander’s POV

Making our way to the Dark Howl Pack for Jackson’s Alpha ceremony, I’m feeling a little uneasy. Im deep in thought, looking out the window when my Beta, and also cousin, Chase asks me something. I didn’t hear him at first, so he asks again.

“We’re almost there Alex” he rolls his eyes.

I give him a short nod.

“What’s going on with you lately?” I can tell he’s concerned.

“I just have this feeling, I’m not sure how to describe it” Still looking off into the distance of the forest we are driving passed.

When finally, a beautiful pact house comes into view. Finally. I think to myself. We made it.

Chase hops out and walks around the car to grab my door. I nod at him.

“s**t, we’re late” I look down at my phone.

7:15 pm, the ceremony started at 7:00 pm.

We walk through the doors and into the main hall, asking one of the omegas which way to the ballroom. They point down the left corridor. When we finally make it, i’m slapped with this most intoxicating smell. Like pumpkin spice on a warm fall evening. I search around the room until I lock eyes with the most beautiful women in a red dress, showing her sexy curves.

I stop. You can feel the world fall from our feet.

Chase turns to me and wonders why i’m not next to him. He looks at my eyes and follows my gaze.

“Alpha, who is she?” He asks.

“Mate” I reply as i walked passed him.

“Oh” I barely heard what he said, I didn’t care because I finally found my mate. 27 years of waiting and here she is. I started walking towards her as she’s gliding like an angel towards me. Her first words were like hearing them for the first time ever.

“My Mate” her angelic voice sounds like a song.

Gabby’s POV

“My Mate” Its weird to finally say but I am beyond happy as this attractive 6’11” god steps forward and grabs my hand. Electricity coursing through our touch.

“Hello, My names Alexander Knight. I’m the alpha to the Eclipse Moon Pact. Who might you be my beautiful mate?” He kisses my hand, sparks flying again.

I blush. “My names Gabriela Vought”

I say not as sexy as him speaking but at least i’m not tripping over my words.

All of the sudden, a guy with dirty blonde hair is at Alexander’s side. I jump.

“Oh sorry love, this is my Beta Chase Knight. He is also my cousin” he says, noticing me jump.

Chase gives a bow.

“Luna” He says, respectfully.

I’m confused. “Luna?”

Alexander looks at me, rubbing circles on the back of my hand.

“You are to be my Luna, since you are mated to an Alpha” he smiles down at me.

This is all so new to me, I just smile back.

I see jackson at the corner of my eye start walking towards us with his new mate.

“Hey, Jackson. Who is this lovely lady?” I give him a wink.

He nudges me, I can see Alexander give him a side look.

“This is Serena” He gestures toward his beautiful new mate.

“She’s the Alphas daughter of the Beacon Pact in the west region” he says proudly

We all say our hellos and congratulations.

“Well Jackson, you aren’t the only one with a new mate” he raises and eyebrow to my new found information.

“This is Alpha Alexander Knight, from the eclipse moon pact and my new Mate” I say matter of factly.

“It’s nice to meet you, Alpha Jackson. Congratulations on the new mate and becoming alpha” Alexander bows his head.

Jackson bows his head. “You as well, alpha Alexander” for some reason jackson doesn’t look all that happy for me. I’ll have to ask him about it later.

Chase tells Alexander there are some people he needs to meet with. He turns to me, kisses my hand.

“I have to take care of some things, my love” he says sweetly.

“I’ll find you shortly” he finishes before walking off with his beta.

I watch him walk around, damn I lucked out.

Amelia comes running towards me.

“First of all, you look super hot in that dresss, you can thank me later. And secondly, that insanely hot werewolf god is your Mate?” She nearly breaks her neck looking at him.

I start to laugh. “Quit looking at my man” I try to tear her eyes away from him.

“Let’s get a drink” I added.

We are deep in conversation, when all of the sudden Dawson comes out of nowhere with two girls on each side of him.

“Beat it” he tells both of the girls.

They roll their eyes and take off. Cursing him as they go.

“Hello Ladies” he says looking me up and down. Pretty sure he’s already drunk. Great. Creepy Dawson is not a good look.

“Go away” Amelia was the first to tell him.

I shake my head in agreement.

We start to walk away.

“Oh come on Gabby. You know you want this” he’s tripping over his feet and grabs my wrist.

Squeezing just a little too tight. It begins to hurt.

“Let go of me” I try to free my wrist.

Amelia tries to help.

Dawson smirks. “Where do you think you’re going, slut” He squeezes a little tighter.

I yelp out in pain.

“LET GO OF MY MATE” I see hear him before I see him and Alexander has already grabbed Dawson by the throat.

Jackson was right behind, checking to see if I was okay.

I rub my wrist, “I’m fine”

He gets up and walks over to my mate and Dawson.

“Please, let put down. I will handle this” He’s asking politely.

Alexander sets him down. Then elijah takes Dawson and brings him outside. I don’t even remember seeing when elijah showed up.

Jackson looks at me. “I’m sorry gabby, he will be dealt with” turns and walks away.

Alexander is by my side and I can already feel my wrist healing from his presence.

“Are you okay, my darling?” He kisses my wrist.

“I should of ripped his head clean off” I can hear him growl.

I put my hand on his chest.

“I’ll be fine” I smile.

You can feel him relax after those words.

“See, it’s already healed” I waved my wrist in front of him.

The party is almost over but the omegas are already cleaning up. I look over at Amelia. She’s turning in early. But i already know who she’s running off to see. Flynn. So typical of her. I wonder how it’ll be when she finally gets a mate. I know she’s totally in love with Flynn. I hope she doesn’t break his heart or he breaks hers.

I look up at Alexander. He’s casually talking to Chase about something.

He looks down at me.

“Could you show us to our rooms?” Chase asks me.

“Of course, this way” I point to the door and towards the stairs.

There are 4 levels. The Alpha and Luna on the 4th floor. Betas and their mates on the 3rd floor. Guests and Thirds with their mates on the 2nd floor.

We reach chases room and he bids a goodnight and we will see him in the morning. A few doors down is where Alex will be staying. As we reach it, he grabs me and picks me up placing a passionate kiss on my lips. It’s like nothing else in the world matters, just us. Explosions everywhere as we kiss. I wrap my arms around his neck, he maneuvers the door open and walks us in. Still locking lips. I stop completely aware I’m in his bedroom. Panic shoots through me, I’m a virgin.
