Then, they all stared at Gloria.
Gloria knew what Charlotte was trying to do. She pursed her lips and said, "Pregnancy is different for everyone. Some people are active, some are lethargic, and some people have morning sickness. You've never been pregnant before, have you, Ms Jackson? No wonder you didn't know this."
Charlotte's face changed.
Gloria continued, "Ms Jackson, I went to the hospital for a check-up. The pregnancy test was also issued by the doctor. Why do you think I'm telling a lie?"
"I'm not, just a little confused." Charlotte smiled slightly and said in a soft voice, "It's just that I heard from Mr Grimes that you have some problems with your body and you have trouble getting pregnant."
