Henry’s POV

There I was In Jack's room, the room was inhabitable. It was covered in dust from the big bed to the side drawers to the wardrobe door. It had been months since I last entered this room and years since I last cleaned it. The memories in this room where just too much to bare. Everything reminded me of just the kind of family I had, it reminded me of the kind of cousin I had and how much my own father preferred him to me.

Me and Jack used to live in this house happily, we grew up together practically after his mom died while giving birth to him and his dad, my dad’s elder brother died a couple of years later in a car accident. His death hit hard and it was one of the big turning points for my dad. It was when he started changing to the man he is today
