Victoria's POV

“Ronnie. That’s this fool's name.” I said telling James.

“Huh, Well that’s not very important right now. I’ve explained to you how all these legal stuff works. All we need to do is follow the process and we should be fine.”

We were on the way to the office where this whole thing started. I had figured I would be back here someday with a truck load of money just to use a couple wads of it and slap that Ronnie in the face but instead here I am trying to avoid jail time for doing nothing wrong. James tried as much as possible to explain how this all worked and what we were going to do next but honestly I could barely pay attention to the entire conversation as my hands were shaking like I was cold.
