Talia did not see Edward or the rest of his friends for more talks for the rest of the day. Abigail had settled her in one of the guest rooms so big that it could have fit her old bedroom four times with room to spare. The only other person to attend to her was Gabriel, who had insisted he give her something to help her rest. And that was how she spent the hours away alone in the large, beautiful guest room. Talia wasn’t sure, but she could have sworn during her fuzzy, drug induced hours of restless sleep, Edward had entered the room and sat down next to her on the bed.
