LEAH'S POV
After what I found out, I wasted no time boarding the next available plane to Spain. It was easy to enter the palace since the guards recognized me as Rhea's elder sister.
"What are you doing here?" Esmeralda attacked me the moment I stepped into the living room. "Are you here to hurt Rhea again?"
"No, of course not." I shook my head as I stared at her parents with pleading eyes. "I know I've been horrible to my sister but I need to speak with her, please."
They stared at each other before Queen Carina ordered her daughter to get Rhea. I took my seat on the couch but I could feel the cold stares of the King and Queen on my skin. I knew I deserved it and I regretted everything I did to Rhea. She was innocent in all of this and yet, I blamed her for it.
