I am still in shock. I don't know what to think or how to act right now, but I want to keep it a secret. I do not want Seb to be upset before the exams. I look at his grandmother. I can see she is upset.
"I think I need to talk to Seb and tell him how much his mother loved him. I want him to know how much she loved him and how much she endured because of him," she says.
"No, please, let's keep it a secret for now. Seb cannot be distracted now. The exams are starting in a week. I need his attention on his schoolwork," I say.
"Of course, we will wait until after the exams. You are right, he cannot be distracted now," she says.
