The sight of the prince being ejected from the marshes naked, to land on the back of that beast, and whisked away leaving the black monsters rooted to the spot, had been as exhilarating as it had been refreshing!

Pride that he was a prince of Lade, pride that in his weakest moment, somehow, he had come out differently, changed, reborn!
The screams of the people had been instantaneous and genuine, the celebration of citizens united by one zest, one flow, one determination, and purpose!
