Chapter Eleven
Two Months Later
About two months into my captivity Richard was out of town and she had her friend Kathy over for dinner at and a movie. She snapped the speakers on so that I could hear her having a lovely evening while I remained hunkered down in my cage. I could hear them eating and then watching a movie and talking. Kathy had asked where I was as she hadn’t seen me for a while and I didn’t hear my wife’s response. I wasn’t paying a lot of attention until I heard my own voice.
As I heard myself say the words she had forced me to immortalize on the video I thought, “Oh my god, she is letting her friend Kathy know about me.”
