“Mom…my…mommy….” True babbled in his broken and giggling voice.
“Hey, True… I miss you, and I love you. Mommy is coming home,” I hoarse while my eyes moistened in tears.
“Mommy…love…” True murmured once more, making me smile widely.
“Sweetheart let me talk to mommy first,” I heard Jen, “Hey, love! Oh, God! He’s a ball of energy! He woke up so early!!!” she added, turning the camera on.
I saw Jen on the screen while True was smiling at her, “I figured it out,” I laughingly said. It was around four in the morning in Thailand.
“Well, actually, he and Jaycen slept next to us. Jamie had to wake up early for some video conference, but they haven’t slept since. Maybe they knew you’re coming and must be so excited to see you!” Jen held, “And I miss you too!”
