It felt like the fire in my blood had managed to melt my bones as it became difficult to stay upright, thankfully Kenneth gathered me in his arms and before I knew it we were at the river’s edge in a flash. I looked back at the line of trees and couldn’t help but giggle. “How did you do that?” I asked as he slipped me down from his arms.
