I am currently on our boat with Mang Toni. We're on our way going to the school. Mang Toni is the one who brings Lola Luciana and me if we wanted to cross the sea.
I can’t help but think about what just happened last night in my dream. 'I hope that doesn't happen again.' I said to myself.
When we arrived, I said goodbye to Mang Toni and hurriedly walked to my apartment. It's just so close to our school. Grandma got me an apartment. So even if I don’t go home to the island , it’s still okay. Carrying my belongings in the room. I placed it on my bed and hurriedly got out the room.
Our school is called KNHS. It's just close to the sea. That's why I can get here easily. This is not a famous school. It is small and there are only very few students here. Quiet and surrounded by trees. I'm in grade 12 already. Yes! It is my last year now!
When I arrived I saw no students. 'Ah, they are in the covered court. I think there is a program going on.' Embarrassed I just kept walking towards my friend’s direction.
"Hey? Why are you so late Alea?" Shena asked me and rolled her eyes on me. But that's how I like her. I like how the way she act because we're the same. We're like sisters. I sat down next to her.
"Because I woke up late." I answered and looked ahead.
"What's up Shanie? Why they're having a program?" I asked Shena and I looked around. I was shocked when I saw a familiar face of a man on the stage. There he was just sitting while listening to the other teachers.
"Based on what I've heard. They said we have a new teacher ." I heard Shena answered me without even looking at me.
I looked at Shena and then looked at the familiar man again. He was already staring at me. My eyes widened. 'Holly f**k! Don't tell me he was that man in my dream!?' I averted my eyes on his directly. ' God Alea! Just pretend you don't know him! '
